Jeremy Summers

B.S. in Food Science at the University of Florida

I have used my background in food science to forge a unique perspective within the Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Florida. My involvement among the meat science professors and related extracurricular events have fostered interdisciplinary growth.

Competing for UF's meat judging team was the catalyst of my involvement in the meat sciences and introduced me to a whole industry and field of research that I was previously unaware of.
